The pools felt cramped considering the hotel’s size, leading to a lack of sunbeds that seriously cramped my style during peak hours. Sporting facilities like billiards or the gym came with extra charges, which was unexpected for a four-star place. Dining was a letdown too. the food quality was better suited to fast-food joints than a reputable hotel. Checkout was a real stumbling block, they were pulling our bags out of the room without our consent, and we felt rushed to clear out, even with a little one in tow. Lastly, the nighttime entertainment was repetitive and could use a major overhaul to keep guests engaged.

With spacious family rooms and a well-maintained pool area, we felt very comfortable. the checkout process was a bit rushed, which could use some improvement.

The room we stayed in, the Family Apartment with Free Access to Aqua Park, was recently updated and absolutely gorgeous. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Pools were excellent and well managed with plenty of sun loungers available. we did notice some rude behavior from other guests towards my son with Autism, making some moments at the pool uncomfortable. It would be great if the hotel could raise awareness about hidden disabilities. Music by the pool would have really added to the atmosphere as it was hit or miss some days. The night-time entertainment could also use improvement. it felt a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the amenities. The food was excellent with a wide variety, and the animation team did a fantastic job keeping kids entertained. the facilities were strong, but addressing guest behavior and enhancing entertainment could significantly improve the experience.

Can't recommend highly enough for a transient visit

Comfortable bed, spacious room, with excellent daily cleaning service ensuring a pleasant stay alongside a well-equipped fitness centre for those looking to stay active, conveniently located just 21 km from the nearest airport.
